From Concord and Points North:

Take I-93 South through the Hooksett toll booth to the junction of I-93 South and I-293 South.  Take I-293 South to Exit 6 - Amoskeag Bridge.  Take a left at the end of the ramp onto Eddy Road.  Proceed through two sets of lights onto Main Street/McGregor Street.

From Nashua and Points South

Take I-93 North or Route 3 North to I-293 North.  Take exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge.  At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Granite Street and proceed to the second set of lights.  Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street.

From Seacoast and Points East
Take Route 101 West. After Exit 1, follow signs to 93 South/101 West (signs will say Manchester/Boston). Stay right on I-93 South, take the exit for I-293/101 West, bear right. Stay right on I-293 toward Manchester/Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights.  Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Follow through to the second set of lights, The Notre Dame Pavilion will be on the right.  Take a right onto Foundry Street. 

From Milford and Points West
Proceed on 101 East. Take a right at the junction of Routes 101 and 114 and continue on 101 East. Bear right onto 293N - Manchester/Concord. Take Exit 5 - Granite Street Bridge. At the bottom of the exit take a left and proceed to the second set of lights.  Take a right onto Main Street/McGregor Street. Follow through to the second set of lights, The Notre Dame Pavilion will be on the right.  Take a right onto Foundry Street.
