He received his medical degree from Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his surgical residency at Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

Prior to joining the Surgical Care Group, Dr. Tomolonis was in private practice for five years in Rhode Island.

He specializes in all aspects of general surgery including laparoscopic surgery, offering a less invasive approach to many procedures.
